Ashu's professional background is rich with experiences from different areas. He did his Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from MAIET, Jaipur (University of Rajasthan) in 2008. During his college years, he has been a driven and studious student having enthusiasm of participating in different co-curricular activities. The passion he had for Sustainability and Climate Change made him pursued his Masters in Sustainable Design from Vivekananda Global University in year 2020.
He founded D2O in year 2013 and since then he is a Managing Partner of Design2Occupancy.
His skills include Energy Audits & Commissioning, Energy Efficiency, Green Building Facilitation, MEPF Services, Solar Installation, HVAC Controls etc.
He is a BEE Certified ECBC Master Trainer, GEM Certified Professional, Pearl Qualified Professional, IGBC Accredited Professional and AEE Certified Water Efficiency Professional.
He is a part of a various technical organizations like ISHRAE, ASHRAE, FSAI, IAQA, IBPSA, ISLE and IAEMP. Currently, he is a Society Vice-President of ISHRAE. Apart from this he had also served as Member of Building Energy Quotient Committee, MEMBER-AT-LARGE of Young Engineers in ASHRAE Committee at ASHRAE Society Level. RAL ARVC - SRII - Young Engineers in ASHRAE REGION-AT-LARGE. Also he had served as Chapter Government Affairs Chair, Chapter Board of Governors, Chapter Membership Promotion Chair, Chapter Administrator, Chapter YEA at INDIA and Rajasthan chapter level.
He is having 16+ years of rich industry experience and he always loves to share his knowledge. He has trained 30,000+ Architects, Engineers, Consultants and Government Officials about Energy Conservation Building Code.
