Celso spent the last 54 years dedicated to AIR CONDITIONING installations starting in Angola in a contractor company, 4 years.

After that decided to build up a Consulting company being involved in the most important Jobs in the area.

At the same time was invited to establish THE AIR CONDITIONING discipline at the newly formed Universidad de Angola.

The development of civil war in Angola forced him to move with family to Brasil.

In Brazil during the first 6 years moved to a contractor company again, a second company dealing with materials handling solutions and a third one ,an american-suiss company producing in Brazil welding machines. In this company it was a short time, only seven months, since a German company invited him to become technical and commercial director.

With this company he worked continuously for 43 years having assumed the positions of General Director after 7 years with responsibility of all Latin América countries . During this time he establishes productions facilities in Argentina 2009 and Mexico 2019. Celso took over responsibilities over the North America operations too.

Went to pension end  of 2023.

Celso has maintained contact with AIR CONDITIONING ASSOCIATIONS, Celso is ASHRAE MEMBER since 1982 being promoted to FELLOW in 2023.

Celso also has founded the first ASHRAE chapter in Brasil during his term as president of ABRAVA (1988-2021)

ABRAVA is the Brazilian Association of Refrigeration Air Conditioning Ventilation and Heating

Celso is presently president of SBCC, Brazilian Society of Contamination Control.

During all this time Celso has given lectures on AIR DISTRIBUITION, FILTRATION, ACCOUSTICS, INDOOR AIR QUALITY, in BRAZIL, ARGENTINA, COLOMBIA, EQUADOR, VENEZUELA, COSTA RICA (in a ASHRAE meeting), PORTUGAL, SPAIN and SOUTH AFRICA

All expertise he has on AIR DISTRIBUITION and ACCOUSTICS leads him to publish a book available in Portuguese and Spanish

Celso has made presentations in Portuguese, Spanish, English and French.
